C.S.A. Protein Basket
C.S.A. protein basket shipped out once every week on Tuesday, unless a holiday, then it will be shipped out either one day before on Monday or one day after, on Wednesday.
Please be sure to order at least one week before the start of the new month. Shipping is already included in the final price. This C.S.A. Protein Basket is offered to California residing farm members only via online ordering. If you would like your basket shipped to Northern California or out of state, please call the farm so that I may calculate your shipping cost.
YOUR WEEKLY BASKET WILL INCLUDE:
1 Fresh Whole Chicken.
1 Quart Fresh Raw Goats Milk.
1 Dozen Fresh Eggs. (may be chicken, turkey game bird eggs or mixed)
3.0 lbs - 5.0 lbs pastured, grass fed, organic beef (farm choice) different cuts each week.
1 Share is $55.50 per week and shipping has already been included at $10.00 per week.
Your box will contain one or more, of the following beef cuts each week.

Sirloin Tip Roast (Tri-Tip, Front or back)
Boneless Swiss Steak
Rump Roast

Please do not request specific cuts, each week you will receive one of the listed, I will try to keep track of the cuts, so you do not get the same cuts twice in the same month.

Our beef is available here online in shares, poultry is available here, online in shares and at Delaney's Artisan Market, in Temecula, CA on 5th Street as well as Bountiful Harvest CO-OP in Apple Valley. Eggs are available at Delaney's Artisan Market and Bountiful Harvest CO-OP. Milk is available at Bountiful Harvest CO-OP and Delaney's Artisan Market. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will post as soon as I have more protein basket shares open.
