Available to Rainbow Ranch Farms, farm members only: 100%, pastured from start to finish grass fed, pastured and grazed on virgin clean pasture.
Each share is for 77 Lbs. Each share will come in a total of 2 boxes. 77 lbs is 1/8th of one steer. Steer are harvested in a U.S.D.A. Inspected plant or field harvested. Each share will consist of the following cuts: When your steer has been field harvested, your packages will arrive in butcher paper and marked Not For Resale.

Wholesale prices are subject to change, from month to month. Full price includes the growing of the steer, meat, U.S.D.A. inspected or field harvest, cut, wrap and delivery to your nearest pick-up point, everything is included! Please allow 3-5 weeks to receive packaged meat. It takes time to cure, cut and wrap the meat properly. Please note: NO REFUNDS!- This is a share program, once the steer is harvested, there is no going back.
Beef is packaged and labeled with cut types and The steaks are 1" thick. Fillet Mignon is on your Porterhouse, N.Y. Steak is on the T Bone without the bone, rib eye steaks are located on the short rib.
If you want the Liver, Tongue, Tripe, Skin or bones, You will need to pick it up during the field harvest.
Meat will be freshly frozen when I pick-it up. I will set up a pick-up date, time and location once all the details are in place, we will all get our fresh meat on the same day as I pick it up, remember, I cannot bring it home with me, I have no cold storage facility.
Notifications will go out on a regular basis on Facebook, Twitter and Yahoo Groups. Be sure you are signed up with at least one of these notification outlets to get your important updated, information, pick up locations etc. NOTE: All field harvest will be packaged and stamped "Not For Resale".
